1. Detailed Description of Services

Windhoek Airport Transfers, Tours, and Rentals (WATTR) is a Namibian-based transport and tourism business offering airport transfers, shuttle services, guided and self-drive tours, vehicle rentals (with or without drivers), and corporate/private transport solutions.

2. Booking and Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, bookings will be confirmed within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp. Services will be scheduled according to confirmed booking times.

3. Cancellation Policy

– Less than 7 days prior: 100% cancellation fee (no refund on pre-paid deposit)

– 7–21 days prior: 50% cancellation fee

– 21–30 days prior: 25% cancellation fee

– No-shows will be charged the full amount

4. Payment Policy

– 70% deposit required upon confirmation

– 30% balance payable 3 days prior to service/arrival

5. Customer Privacy Policy

WATTR protects client personal information and uses it only for service delivery and communication.

6. Payment Options Accepted

Visa, MasterCard, EFT/Bank Transfer, and mobile payment where applicable.

7. Card Security

Transactions processed via DPO Pay with SSL encryption. No card details stored.

8. Customer Details

Customer details stored separately from payment details.

9. Merchant Country and Currency

Namibia, Namibian Dollar (NAD).

10. Responsibility and Liability

WATTR is responsible for service delivery. Clients renting without drivers assume full responsibility for vehicles. WATTR is not liable for delays due to external factors.
